    product description

This compound is more than 10,000-fold selective for FXa and shows weak inhibition compared to thrombin and coagulation factor IXaβ (FIXa)..
In vitro experiments, edoxaban was able to dose-dependently inhibit thrombosis in rat and rabbit models of thrombosis and, in human plasma, was able to double the prothrombin time and partially activate the thromboplastin time.
The preparation of edoxaban p-toluenesulfonate monohydrate is usually obtained by the reaction of edoxaban with sodium methanesulfonate chloride, and the white crystalline monohydrate is obtained by solvent evaporation and crystallization process.
When storing and handling, certain safety protocols need to be followed, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided, and appropriate personal protective measures should be taken.
This compound has a wide range of applications in the pharmaceutical field, especially in anticoagulation therapy and thromboprophylaxis.
