product description
The molecular formula of Vonorazan is C17H16FN3O2S and the molecular weight is 345.39. It is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) with highly potent oral activity and is able to inhibit H+,K+-ATPase enzyme activity in porcine gastric microsomes at pH 6.5 with an IC50 value of 19 nM. Wonoprazan was developed to study and treat gastric acid-related diseases such as gastroesophageal reflux disease and peptic ulcer, and can also be used for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori.
The physicochemical properties of Vonorazan include a predicted boiling point of 530.3±60.0 °C, a density of 1.31±0.1 g/cm3, and storage conditions requiring storage in a freezer at -20 °C and being carried out in an inert atmosphere to maintain its stability. It is soluble in chloroform, DMSO, and methanol, and is hygroscopic. The predicted acidity coefficient (pKa) of Vonorazan was 9.06±0.10, and the morphology was solid, with a pale yellow to pale yellow color.
The production process of Wonolazan involves several steps, including reactions with various chemical reagents, resulting in a high-purity product. As an important intermediate in the field of medicine, it is of great significance for the development of new anti-gastric drugs. Wonolazan's products are available in a variety of sizes, from 1kg/drum to 25kg/drum, and can be individually subcontracted according to customer needs.
